This book brings together previously unpublished photographs made between 1971 and 1989 by artist Claudia Andujar. Genocídio do Yanomami was first exibithed in 1989 at the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP). The photos, once black ans white, has been recontextualised for this edition. Stll the meaning of this series is to raise awareness about the Yanomami situation.
